Elenco Contracting & Projects Division is experienced in the field of Contracting for more than Twenty Five years offering services in Erection & Maintenance of Electro-mechanical Equipments, specialized in Erection & Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Equipments, Split Air Conditioners, Chilled Water Pumps, etc.

Due to the total commitment of the management towards quality, Elenco General Contracting Establishment was awarded with ISO 9001:2000 certification as a result of compliance with the requirements of new ISO quality management system.

Separate teams are in operation for both Erection & Maintenance with fully trained & experienced technical staff with advanced type of tools & equipments under well experienced & qualified supervision & Engineering team to meet the challenges of any latest technology in this field.

Our management and staff are highly qualified and experienced professionals whose combined experience in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Industrial sector provide Elenco with the resources and capabilities to undertake challenging and specialized contracts of electro mechanical nature.

a)    District Cooling
Elenco has established a separate Engineering & Technical team fully trained & experienced to meet the special expertise required to handle such projects. We have successfully achieved several district cooling projects for Tabreed at different areas of Abu Dhabi Defence as follows:

- Tabreed 4, Phase 1
- Al Nahyan Barracks (D029 & D030)
- Tabreed 5, Phase 3
- Tabreed 6
 

b)    Central Air Condition

Elenco has a fully trained and experienced team of Engineers, Supervision Staff & skilled personnel who are highly competent in the design & installation of HVAC system.  We have achieved  following major projects for different government departments & private sectors:
